This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human LTF. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 5B4 and 9C1. The clone 5B4 can be used in ELISA analysis as a capture antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human LTF protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG1.
