This mouse anti-MME antibody is a product that recognizes human, mouse, rat MME. The immunogen of this antibody is a synthetic peptide corresponding to MME. The mAb has been tested for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (1:100-1:200).

Displays UV-inducible elastase activity toward skin preelastic and elastic fibers (PubMed:20876573).
