Recombinant Rabbit Anti-MMP1 Detection Antibody (clone R71-4W-3) (CAT#: VS3-WK1849)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human MMP1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human MMP1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. R87-8B-9 and R71-4W-3 were identified as antibody pair for sandwich ELISA. As a detection antibody, the clone R71-4W-3 can be used in ELISA analysis to identify human MMP1.

- Cleaves collagens of types I, II, and III at one site in the helical domain. Also cleaves collagens of types VII and X.
