This product is a human neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 S1. 10-5B binds to the residues on the receptorbinding motif (RBM). The 10-5B antibody was capable of neutralizing live SARS-CoV-2 wild type, Beta, Delta, Omicron BA.1 and Omicron BA.2. The IC50 value of 10-5B is below 150 ng/mL.
