This mouse anti-SEMA4D antibody (clone 10E12E10) is a product that recognizes human SEMA4D. The immunogen of this antibody is recombinant human SEMA4D protein(22-734aa). This product was purified by protein G purified and it has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blot (1:1000-1:5000), Flow Cytometry (1:50-1:200).
