This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody that recognizes SMAD1. This antibody has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. The clone R07-4A3 is specific for human, rat SMAD1. The antigen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding ser463/ser465 of human smad1.
