Recombinant Rabbit Anti-THBD Capture Antibody (clone R01-4F4)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human THBD. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human THBD protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R01-4F4 and R08-5H0. The clone R01-4F4 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human THBD.

- Thrombomodulin is a specific endothelial cell receptor that forms a 1:1 stoichiometric complex with thrombin. This complex is responsible for the conversion of protein C to the activated protein C (protein Ca). Once evolved, protein Ca scissions the activated cofactors of the coagulation mechanism, factor Va and factor VIIIa, and thereby reduces the amount of thrombin generated.
