The Recombinant Anti-TYRP1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC256) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to TYRP1-expressed cells or tissues. The TYRP1 is a tyrosinase family enzyme involved in melanin biosynthesis, associated with forms of albinism.

- This gene encodes a melanosomal enzyme that belongs to the tyrosinase family and plays an important role in the melanin biosynthetic pathway. Defects in this gene are the cause of rufous oculocutaneous albinism and oculocutaneous albinism type III.
