The Mouse Sirt1 Quick ELISA Kit (VS-0726-YC2454) is designed for quickly quantify Mouse SIRT1 with a sensitivity of 31 pg/mL. The kit is based on sandwich ELISA (quantitative) and the total experimental duration is 90 minutes. It is a reliable tool used for the quantitative detection of Sirt1 in Cell extract, Tissue extract and other biological samples. Sirtuin 1 (Sirt1) is a critical NAD⁺-dependent class III histone deacetylase that modulates metabolic homeostasis, cell survival, and longevity pathways. By removing acetyl groups from key transcription factors such as p53, NF-kB, and PGC-1alpha, Sirt1 coordinates cellular responses to caloric restriction, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial biogenesis. In murine metabolic models, experimental activation of the Sirt1 pathway is heavily investigated to reverse systemic insulin resistance, fatty liver development, and age-associated vascular decline.
