Background

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a heterogeneous disease characterized by an accumulation of abnormal myeloid blasts in the bone marrow (BM) and peripheral blood. Suitable target antigens for redirected lysis of both bulk AML blasts and MRD cells/LSCs include the cell surface proteins CD33 and CD123.
