GPRC5D, a member of the G protein-coupled receptor C family, has emerged as a promising immunotherapy target. In the immune system, its expression is largely restricted to plasma cells, with minimal to no expression observed in normal B cells, T cells, natural killer cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and bone marrow progenitor cells. Furthermore, GPRC5D's resistance to bodily hydrolases reduces the potential for post-treatment relapse due to target degradation. These characteristics position GPRC5D-targeted immunotherapies as having significant development potential and broad applicability.

Rat Anti-GPRC5D Recombinant Antibody (clone 2A4) (VS-0824-CJ1)
Our research team has been working on multiple myeloma for several years, and finding reliable antibodies for our in vitro studies has always been a challenge. We recently purchased the anti-GPCR5D recombinant antibody from Creative Biolabs, and we've been extremely impressed with its performance. The specificity is excellent, showing strong binding to GPCR5D-expressing cells while demonstrating minimal off-target binding in our flow cytometry and Western blot assays.
