Th17

Th17(T helper cell 17) is a newly discovered T cell subgroup that can secrete interleukin 17(il-17). It has important significance in autoimmune diseases and body defense response. Th17 is a helper T cell formed by TH0 cells differentiated under the stimulation of IL6 and IL23. It mainly secretes inflammation-promoting factors such as IL17 and IL22. TH17 helper cells are mainly immune responses against extracellular bacteria and molds. The principal executive cytokines are interleukin-1 (IL1) interleukin-6 (il-6) and TNF- dependence, the most important executive cells are Neutrophil. In addition, there are B cells that produce IgG/IgA/IgM, CD4 T cells that secrete il-17, and their main transcription factors are STAT3,Il-17 &TNF- mediated by CD4 T cells activates neutrophils, enabling them to engulf and digest extracellular bacteria and mold. In addition, IL6 et al. can also activate the complement reaction and directly kill the extracellular bacteria and fungi. Excessive TH17 activation can lead to neutrophil autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or Arthus reactions.
