BV421-A*02:01/Human CTAG1B mutant (YLLMWITQV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1819)

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of CTAG1B mutant-derived peptide of YLLMWITQV covering 157-165 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
