Human TCR (clone 20) recognizes C76H142O15 peptide (alpha,alpha'-trehalose 6,6'-bismycolate) in the context of human CD1b. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (clone 20). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
