Human TCR (DD31) recognizes HCV NS3-4A peptide (HSKKKCDEL) in the context of HLA-B*0801. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
