Recombinant Human Anti-MDM2 Soluble TCR (1bd2) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF205)

Human TCR (1bd2) recognizes MDM2 peptide (aa 81-88) in the context of HLA-A2.1. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (1bd2). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
