Mouse TCR recognizes LCMV GPC peptide (KAVYNFATC) in the context of H-2Kb. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references.
