Background
The humanization of RP215 monoclonal antibody which is of murine origin, known to recognize specifically a carbohydrate-associated epitope of cancer cell-expressed glycoproteins, known as CA215. The primary structure of the humanized forms of RP215 can then be utilized for the therapeutic treatment of human cancers as antibody-based anticancer drugs.
