Anti-folate-bindingprotein × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (TAND-L059)

Recombinant Anti-FBP × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (TandAb) is a bispecific fusion protein with four binding sites, two of which bind to tumor cell surface antigens and the other two to the immune cells. TandAbs do not carry Fc domains. So they are smaller than whole IgGs or IgG-derived BsAbs but larger than BiTEs. Therefore, they have a shorter serum half-life than IgGs but remain longer in the circulation compared with BiTEs. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tumor and recruiting T effector cells via binding to the CD3 subunit of the T cell receptor complex. It was designed for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
