Ecotin scaffold protein anti-Human Fxa (CAT#: SEC-L082)
The Ecotin that bound Fxa was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Ecotin variants were identified having affinities (KD=11 pM) for Fxa as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
