Anti-DLL3 (Rovalpituzumab )-Mc-vc-PBD ADC (Rovalpituzumab tesirine) (CAT#: ADC-L042)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-DLL3 antibody (Rovalpituzumab ) conjuagated via a mc-vc linker to SCX (Rovalpituzumab-mc-vc-SCX). It has demonstrated a response in cancers treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Bind to DNA minor groove and cause DNA damage.

Mutations in this gene cause autosomal recessive spondylocostal dysostosis 1. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
