Recombinant Anti-CD45 × Anti-Myosin Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L012)

Recombinant Anti-CD45 & Anti-myosin Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD45 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for myosin. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can increase the accumulation of CD34+ HSC in the region of injury and improve cardiac function. It was designed for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
