Recombinant Anti-CEA × Anti-HSG Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L073)

Recombinant Anti-CEA × Anti-HSG Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CEA monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for HSG. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. The BsAb can be used in pretargeting system of PET, radioimaging or radiotherapy. It can mediate targeting of radioactivity to tumor cells. It was designed for the imaging and treatment of CEA-expressing tumors.
