Cystine knot anti-Integrin receptors (SCK-L071)

The Cystine knot that bound integrin receptors was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Cystine knot variants were identified having affinities for integrin receptors as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
