TEM-1 β-lactamase anti-GLB1 (STE-L200)

The TEM-1 β-lactamase that bound β-galactosidase was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, TEM-1 β-lactamase variants were identified having affinities (KD=0.33 μM) for β-galactosidase as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
