Thioredoxin scaffold protein anti-CDK2 (CAT#: STD-L202)

The Thioredoxin that bound CDK2 was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Thioredoxin variants were identified having affinities (KD=40 nM) for CDK2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
