A*24:02/Human KIF20A (VYLRVRPLL) MHC Pentamer (CAT#: MHC-YF506)
MHC pentamers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a MHC pentamer of peptide/MHC complex composed KIF20A-derived peptide of VYLRVRPLL sequence covering 67-75 and A*24:02 molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabelled or fluorescent labelled, such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. All products are available in 50, 150 and 500 tests.

- Mitotic kinesin required for chromosome passenger complex (CPC)-mediated cytokinesis. Following phosphorylation by PLK1, involved in recruitment of PLK1 to the central spindle. Interacts with guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-bound forms of RAB6A and RAB6B. May act as a motor required for the retrograde RAB6 regulated transport of Golgi membranes and associated vesicles along microtubules. Has a microtubule plus end-directed motility.
