MHC multimers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a Pentamer of peptide/MHC complex with VSV-derived peptide of MPYLIDFGL sequence covering 275-283 and H-2Kb molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabeled or fluorescent labeled such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. And all of them are available in 50, 150 or 500 tests.

- Nucleoprotein encapsidates the genome in a ratio of one N per nine ribonucleotides, protecting it from nucleases. The encapsidated genomic RNA is termed the NC and serves as template for transcription and replication. Nucleocapsid assembly is concommitant with replication, therefore viral replication depends on the intracellular concentration of free N, termed N0. All replicative products are resistant to nucleases.
