Recombinant Human Anti-Squalene synthase Soluble TCR (121) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF113)
Human TCR (121) recognizes Squalene synthase peptide (HIPDVITY) in the context of HLA-B*3501. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (121). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
