Anti-Human AChR Recombinant Antibody (P90-131) (CAT#: TAB-0636CLV)
The anti-AChR antibody P90-131 targets acetylcholine receptor of which the high-level re-expression can occur after birth following denervation, including denervating neuromuscular diseases. The antibody can be used in the treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma.

Specificity of P90-131 was tested for binding to purified extracellular domains of human AChR subunits using Western blot. Proteins are visualized by Coomassie staining (upper panel).
