Anti-Human CD37 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (chHH1.3) (CAT#: TAB-0273CL-F(E))
The chimeric anti-CD37 antibody originates from a murine monoclonal antibody. The chHH1.3 antibody did not cause targeted cell death in Daudi B-lymphoma cells through the CDC mechanism. TAB-0273CL-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of TAB-0273CL antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
