Figure 1 Chondrocytes were treated without (none) or with 100 ng/ml FGF8 and various concentrations of anti-FGF8 antibody (Ab) (1, 3 and 10 μg/ml) for 48 hours.
Concentrations of promatrix metalloproteinase-3 (proMMP3) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in the culture medium were determined by ELISA.
