Serum total sclerostin concentrations (bound and free) were measured in a blosozumab-tolerant sclerostin assay as described in Materials and Methods. Total sclerostin (bound and free) concentrations were balanced across the treatment groups at baseline before treatment. Treatment with blosozumab resulted in an increase in total sclerostin concentration above baseline beginning at week 1.
