Recombinant Mouse Anti-PfMSP1-19 Antibody (G17.12) (CAT#: PABW-101)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (G17. 12) is capable of binding to PfMSP1-19, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). G17. 12 antibody recognises a discontinuous epitope comprising 13 residues on the first epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like domain of PfMSP1-19.

All the plant extracts (transformed and untransformed plants) having 5 mg of total soluble protein. (A) Cross-reactivity of plant derived PfMSP119 protein with polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against bacterial (E. coli ) PfMSP119 protein. Lane 1 and 4, extracts from plant numbers 4 to 6, respectively. Lane 2 and 5, extract from untransformed plants. Lane 7, bacterial protein (E. coli ). Lane 8, Gibco BRL protein marker. Lane 3 and 6, blank. (B) Cross-reactivity of transgenic plant derived PfMSP119 with monoclonal antibody G17.12. Lane 1, bacterial protein (E. coli ). Lane 2, extract from plant number 6 (containing 5 mg of total soluble protein). Lane 3, untransformed plant extract.
