Afuco™ Anti-Human SIGLEC15 ADCC Recombinant Antibody (AB-25E9), ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-546CL)
Anti-SIGLEC15 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (AB-25E9) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. AB-25E9 is a humanized IgG2 that inhibits the function of Siglec-15 and has tremendous potential as a novel antiresorptive for the treatment of patients with acute bone loss.
Specific Inquiry
Figure 1 illustrate the inhibition of the differentiation of human osteoclasts upon treatment with increasing concentrations of anti-Siglec-15 IgG2 chimeric monoclonal antibodies 25B8, 25E6, 25E9 or of a control IgG2 antibody. After treatment, the osteoclasts were stained for TRAP expression.
Figure 2 illustrate the inhibition of the differentiation of mouse osteoclasts upon treatment with increasing concentrations of anti-Siglec-15 IgG2 chimeric monoclonal antibodies 25B8, 25E6, 25D8 or of a control IgG2. After treatment, the osteoclasts were stained for TRAP expression.
Figure 3 illustrate the ability of the 25E9 candidate antibody that is specific for Siglec-15 to inhibit the bone resorbing activity of osteoclasts in comparison with the 25D8 antibody or controls.
