Afuco™ Anti-Human SLC2A8 ADCC Recombinant Antibody (VB1-050), ADCC Enhanced (CAT#: AFC-551CL)

Anti-SLC2A8 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (VB1-050) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. VB1-050 is an IgG MAb generated from pooled lymphocytes of cancer patient samples, using standard hybridoma techniques. This antibody demonstrates preferential binding to a host of tumor cell lines, including breast, liver, prostate and colon, with limited normal tissue reactivity. Further research is ongoing to assess the potential clinical exploitation of VB1-050/Glut-8.

A-375 cells were incubated with antibody at 4°C, washed and warmed to 37°C for 60 min. Cells were fixed, permeabilized and labeled with fluorescent-labeled second antibody.
