Generation of anti-mCCRL2 specific mAbs. Unlabeled mCCRL2/L1.2 transfectants were mixed 1:1 with CMFDA-labeled CCR10/L1.2 transfectants and used to identify mCCRL2-specific mAbs by flow cytometry.

Chemerin blocks anti-CCRL2 mAb binding. Various concentrations of human chemerin or CCL2 were incubated with total peritoneal mast cells on ice for 5 min, followed by incubation with CCRL2-specific mAb BZ2E3 or anti-IgE and detected with secondary anti -rat PE or anti-mouse IgE PE.
