This is a recombinant humanized antibody that specifically targets CD34. The binding affinity between humanized HPAB-M0474-YC and human CD34 protein was found to be 7.34 nM, as determined by the KD value. HPAB-M0474-YC-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of HPAB-M0474-YC antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
