Figure 1 mAb IE6, reactive with LFA-3, reduced the secretion of IL-2 and IFN-γ from both naive and memory CD41 T cells that were costimulated by either ECs or PBAMCs.
mAb to LFA-3 (IE6) was added to: cocultures of naive CD41 T cells. Cytokines were measured by ELISA after 24 h.
