The R04-2A1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is involved in the recognition of human DAB2. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, ICC/IF, IP. This DAB2 antibody is guaranteed for western blot analysis of DAB2 in Hela, A549, HL-60, U2OS, C6 lysates and immunocytochemistry analysis of DAB2 (green) in hela using DAB2 antibody.

- Adapter protein that functions as a clathrin-associated sorting protein (CLASP) required for clathrin-mediated endocytosis of selected cargo proteins.
