Human Anti-GLP1R Recombinant Antibody (clone 3F52); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0189CQ-F(E))
This product is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that recognizes GLP1R. 3F52 specifically binds to human and cynomolgus monkey GLP-1R. 3F52 blocked the GLP-1 binding site of the ECD directly and thereby acts as a competitive antagonist of native GLP-1. mAb 3F52 functioned as a neutral antagonist.
