Dilutions of the purified antibodies were added to microtiter wells coated with HAV (200 ng/well). Bound antibodies were detected by HRP-conjugated goat antihuman IgG (Fc-specific) antibody.

K34C8 antibody was incubated with HAV (200 ng/well) coated in the microtiter wells in the presence of dilutions of competing human MAbs, HA1 (○), HA6 (△), HA9 (□), and HA12 (◇). Bound murine antibody was detected by HRPconjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc-specific) antibody (Pierce). One hundred percent binding corresponds to the value of absorbance obtained in the absence of competing antibody.
