ELISA microtiter plates were coated with Heptavax at 1 μg /ml . The wel ls were then incubated (37°C) with 2% fetal calf serum in phosphate buffered saline. Monoclonal antibodies OST 577 or SDZ 265-695 at 0.5 μg/ml in 2% fetal calf serum were then incubated in the wells for various times.
