Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp160(592-604). HGK129 can bind to Env from clades A, B, BC and D, and to gp41 from clade B. It cross-competed with MAb 3D6 for binding to gp120. HGK129 did not neutralize any HIV-1 isolates.
