Mouse Anti-IAV HA Recombinant Antibody (clone 8H10) (CAT#: PABJ-0096)
This product is a Mouse antibody that recognizes IAV HA. Passive transfer of a murine IgG1 version of 8H10 conferred limited protection against 5xLD50 intranasal challenge of H3N2 X31, but the murine IgG2c version of 8H10 conferred complete protection against the same challenge regimen. An Fc-dependent mechanism was responsible for protection.

SDS-PAGE analysis of PABJ-0096 in non-reduced (Lane 2) and reduced (Lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as 130-180 kDa.
