Provided is a human monoclonal antibody specific for MCD. The clone, M28, was successfully isolated from a semi-synthetic human library using Ex-phage system.

Recombinant MCD protein was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE and transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane. After washing and blocking the membrane, soluble scFv supernatant of M4, M8, M23, M28, M39 and M41 clones were incubated with the membrane.
