- The PS antibody has been reported in applications of Western Blot, Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay. WB: Plasma was diluted 1:100 (lane 1), 1:200 (lane 2), 1:300 (lane 3), 1:400 (lane 4), 1:500 (lane 5). As negative controls, normal control plasma diluted 1:100 (lane 6) and distilled water (lane 7) were incubated instead of the patient's plasma.
