Recombinant monoclonal antibody strongly binds to the Tn determinant (GalNAca-O-Ser/Thr) expressed in 90% of breast, ovary, and colon carcinomas. 83D4 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that can be useful as a immunohistochemical marker on paraffin embedded tissues.
