Human Anti-VEGF Recombinant Antibody (clone E9) (CAT#: HPAB-J0265-YC)
Provided is a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) -specific human antibody, and more particularly to a human antibody including a complementarity determining region (CDR) and a framework region (FR) derived from a human antibody specifically bound to VEGF. E9 monoclonal antibody showing binding capacities similar to that of Avastin™ all exhibited strong affinities for mouse VEGF similar to those for human VEGF, leading to a cross reaction. The VEGF- specific human antibody may be used in diagnosis of diseases caused by the VEGF-overexpression, classification of the diseases, visualization, treatment, and prognostic evaluation.
