Recombinant Human Anti-MBP Soluble TCR (Ob.1A12) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF199)
Human TCR (Ob.1A12) recognizes MBP peptide (ENPVVHFFKNIVTPR) in the context of HLA-DR2b. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (Ob.1A12). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
